Change: CM SAF orders now available for download from https/sftp servers for 7 days

CM SAF orders are now available for download from https/sftp servers for 7 days. In the light of increasing size of data records and corresponding increasing load on our data servers, we had to adjust the availability of orders on the data servers from 14 days to 7 days. Download statistics have shown that the vast majority of the orders has been downloaded within a maximum of 2-3 days after the upload. The shorter availability of the data on the download servers also means that more (large) orders can be handled by our system within a shorter period, resulting in a shorter wait time for our users. In case users cannot download the data within the 7-day period, we kindly ask you to contact us via our user help Desk (mailto:contact.cmsaf@dwd.de)
