EMHIRES dataset – Solar Power Generation

To support the European policymaking process the Joint Research Center (JRC, Petten, NL) has released the European Meteorological derived High resolution RES generation time series for present and future scenarios (EMHIRES) dataset. The solar power generation time series are based on the CM SAF SARAH climate data record, they are freely provided at hourly granularity from 1986 to 2015 and at different spatial aggregation levels. The underlying methods are described in a corresponding report.
